Patrick Storchenegger

Patrick Storchenegger has been the owner of PST legal & consulting in Zug, Switzerland since 2014. His legal expertise covers tax advice (international and national tax law), mergers & acquisition and contract law in the fields of commodity trading, re-insurance, transportation, and aviation. In 2016, Patrick began helping start-ups in the blockchain space and is still active in many well-known projects today. In 2017 and 2018, he became part of the ICO hype, giving legal advice to companies, in particular helping with the financial regulation and tax issues, which included advisory meetings with FINMA and the Swiss Federal Tax Authority, paving the way for the acceptance and classification of coins/tokens. More recently, his team have been involved in various DeFi and NFT projects.
