Nolan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Matrix.fun. Nolan has been deeply involved in the crypto industry for over six years and has been a lifelong gamer. Nolan built Matrix.fun to make crypto fun again, especially for memecoin communities that have lost the elements of holding and community. The platform enables any token to be used in skill-based tournaments across popular AAA and casual games, giving players and communities a way to PvP in-game, rather than on the trading charts, while also bringing a real use case to their tokens.
With 15+ years of gaming background and deep roots in the crypto space, especially as a long-time BTC, MSTR holder and memecoin degen, Nolan understands how to bridge traditional gaming ecosystems with crypto native communities and web3 incentives. Matrix.fun reflects that crossover: a platform where both gamers and crypto holders can engage in seamless, rewarding competition powered by the tokens they already hold.
In addition to Matrix.fun, Nolan was involved in the co-founding of Storm₿, a Bitcoin treasury marketing company that works with Strategy and other Bitcoin balance sheet companies. He also contributed to Balance.fun, a Web3 gaming company focused on mass adoption, and remains actively involved in the broader crypto space.
Before starting Matrix.fun, Nolan started his crypto career working at Moxy.io, an early Web3 esport platform focused on amateur tournaments for mainstream games. He helped build and design partnerships and community growth to lay the groundwork for integrating real-world rewards into gameplay. After the team split, Nolan went on to launch Matrix.fun using the lessons and relationships forged in that first phase of GameFi.
Nolan started his first business in high school, building a popular League of Legends community and marketplace that worked with major streamers and creators. He still plays League and Counter-Strike regularly. Based mostly in Asia, Nolan has spoken at events across Hong Kong, Korea, and Thailand, sharing insights on crypto, gaming, and token utility.
